The Treasure Keeper is responsible for all of the finances for the Expedition. The Treasure Keeper tracks the expenses and income of the Expedition, creates a budget, issues checks, collects fees, and generally maintains the Expedition bank account. Part of the monthly Council meeting includes the Treasure Keeper's report which keeps the Council updated on the current status of the Expedition finances. The Treasure Keeper may also make suggestions to the Council regarding finances.
