Description:

Rattlesnake Cove Group Site at Bartlett Lake provides direct access to Bartlett Reservoir. Rattlesnake Cove is about 300 yards from the lake. Bring fishing poles. This area has beautiful vistas of the desert with mountains in the background. Dispersed group camping, 1 ramada, 4 picnic tables, grills, drinking water available, trash service, accessible vault toilets. 1800 feet elevation. Spectacular Sonoran Desert scenery with abundant wildlife and cacti. Trailers not recommended. Rattlesnake Cove is a NON-MOTORIZED boating Area.

Directions:
This site is 21 miles east of Carefree. From Carefree, take Cave Creek Road 7 miles, turn right on Bartlett Dam Road and continue for 13 miles then turn left on FR 459. Travel 1/2 mile on FR 459 and turn right into the site.
